For agencies, in-house studios and freelancers

From brief to delivered file, without losing the thread.

The client submits a request. The AI turns it into the brief and the list of files to deliver, your team reviews and produces, the client annotates and signs off.

Nothing reaches your clients without a human from your team.

The problem

The time your creatives don't spend creating

The brief The request arrives in pieces
An email, a PDF, a voice message, then one more detail over the phone. Your team stitches the request together before it can quote.
Feedback Feedback scatters
Annotated screenshots, three email threads, a comment in the PDF. Your creative hunts for the latest date the client asked for.
The version poster_V3_final_OK.psd
The client signs off one version, your creative exports another. The source file stays on one computer.

One project, five steps

At every step, everyone knows whose turn it is

Follow Sectorama's Wine Fair poster, from Carla's request to delivery.

01Requestthe client's turn

The client submits the request as it comes

Carla writes what Sectorama expects and attaches the pieces of the job: the director's email, the logo, the brand guide, the wine list. On save, the AI reads everything, PDFs, images, Word, PowerPoint and emails included, along with Sectorama's library.

02Briefthe team's turn

The AI writes the brief and the list of files to deliver

It works from the request, its attachments and the library chosen for the project. It writes the brief for the creatives and proposes each file with its source format, its dimensions and its exports, variants included. Marta reviews, fixes and validates: Carla sees the list at that point.

03Productionthe team's turn

Your creatives produce, and the AI prepares a first draft when the format allows

For the deck, the AI prepares a PowerPoint first draft from the brief and the project's library, memories included. Your creative downloads it and picks it up in PowerPoint. Inès keeps the poster, in Photoshop. Every version carries its source file and its visual.

04Reviewthe client's turn

The client annotates the visual

Carla drops pins on the version your creative published. When a comment stays vague, the AI reads the client's memories and asks a precise question. Before the next version, it checks that the version answers every comment.

Carla #1

The date is wrong, it's the 14th.

The title font: find something classier.

The AI From a memory

An elegant serif, like your wine list?

Carla

Yes, exactly.

The AI v3

v3 fixes the date and sets the title in serif. It answers both comments.

05Deliverythe client's turn

Sign-off opens the delivery

Carla signs off v3 on behalf of Sectorama, then downloads the expected exports, and the source file if your contract includes it. Your creative does not reopen the project.

Library

A first draft that already looks like your client

Each project relies on a chosen library: the client's, or another one for a separate brand. To prepare the brief and the deliverables, the AI reads that library and your agency's.

Each client's library

The client's logo, brand guide, fonts, approved files and memories. A client can have several, one per brand, and each project picks its own.

Your agency's library

Your templates, your style rules, what you never do. The AI reads it for every project, whatever the client.

Memories

They learn tastes
Your team writes down what each client likes and refuses. The AI also proposes memories from feedback, and a person confirms them before the AI uses them.
More personal deliverables
In every brief and every first draft, the AI applies the client's memories and the agency's: the wine list's serif, never yellow, never a logo on a photo.
More focused annotations
When a comment stays vague, the AI draws on the memories to ask the client the right question, before your creative goes back to the file.

The AI

The AI proposes, your team guarantees

The AI signs everything it read or prepared, and its sign stays after review: you see what it brings to each project.

The AI

The brief and the list

It reads the request and its attachments, writes the brief and proposes the files to deliver. Before each version, it checks that the version answers the client's feedback.

The AI

The first draft

It prepares an editable source file for the formats a model can produce, PowerPoint and Word first. Your team starts it, one file at a time.

Publishing

The client only sees what your team publishes. Each version carries the name of the creative who published it.

  • To review The gradient marks what the AI produced and nobody has reviewed.
  • Validated Green marks what a human has validated.

Your data

Your content stays yours

No training on your files

We train no AI model on your content or on your clients' content. We only work with an AI provider that commits to the same by contract.

Hosted in Europe

The application and its database run in Ireland. Your files are stored in Sweden.

Your brand ahead of ours

Your clients work in a portal under your name, with your logo and colors. CreaBrikks appears only in small print at the bottom.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI replace our creatives?

No. The AI prepares drafts. Your creatives take them over, decide what goes out and publish under their own name.

Do our creatives have to change tools?

No. They produce in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or Figma and upload each version with its source file. They download an AI first draft and pick it up in PowerPoint or Word.

Does the AI prepare the variants?

It plans them: in the list of files, it proposes each variant under its main file, with its dimensions and exports. Your creative produces it, often in the same source file.

Does the client see the AI's drafts?

No. A draft stays inside the agency until someone on your team has reviewed and published it.

Do our clients need an account?

Yes. You invite them by email, and they sign in with a password, their Google account or their Microsoft account. That way you know who validated which version.

What happens to our data if we stop?

You have 30 days to request an export of your content. We then delete the workspace and its copies within the following 30 days.
